Common issues and solutions for iOS installation
Make sure you're using Safari browser. Other browsers on iOS don't support PWA installation. Also ensure the website is fully loaded.
Try refreshing the page and make sure you're tapping the share button in Safari's bottom toolbar, not any share button on the website.
Check if you have enough space on your home screen. You might need to swipe to find the app or look in the App Library.
Make sure you're launching the app from the home screen icon, not from a Safari bookmark or tab.
